Based on the business name of this Undercover Boss episode I’m guessing this is going to be all about cleaning harbors? Turns out they clean up industrial waste all over the country and bring in billions (yes with a b) a year in revenue. Their jobs really are dirty too. Alan “Bill” is the founder/CEO of this huge company based out of Massachusetts. He learns that his people put in an insane amount of hours. Are super loyal to the company and that he should really appreciate them for the dangerous and challenging work they are doing. He’s also learned that they don’t really know how to properly recruit and has asked a couple of the workers to help out.
